Ellie is particularly interested in perception challenging, female led work with mental health at the forefront. Her interest mainly culminates in tackling trauma with humour as she believes one of the greatest and most powerful routes out is through laughter. Ellie loves to make people question whether they can laugh at all.

She’s passionate about gritty, contemporary narratives and immersive theatre with a large focus on spoken word. Ellie wants to tell stories that matter and that we as a society NEED to hear.
