The Bank Cohort is Sheffield Theatres’ flagship talent development project for directors, producers, and writers.

Based in The Bank at Sheffield Theatres, this programme is for early-career creatives in our region to connect with us, develop their projects and practice over a ten-month period, and receive mentoring and workshops from our producing and artistic teams.
